Rosewill blackhawk gaming

As I said before, the docking system worries me, so I bought a 5. I do alot of hotswapping and that's why I went with this case, that and for the awesome cooling system it's capable of having. Pros: This case rocks! Plently of space, can take large video cards with room to spare, without having to remove the HDD cage. Currently have a GTX installed with no issues.

Airflow is great. The size specs on the case make it seem like it should fit, but I failed to take into account the side panel fan! The fan hits the cooler just short of being able to close the panel.

A smaller low profile fan will allow the case side to close. You could turn the cooler sideways, but in my case, that would mean blocking the optimal ram slots for my memory configuration, and disturbing the airflow for optimum cooling.

Plus its not really supposed to be installed that way. Cable management is also great, you are hard pressed to see anything but a cable connector when looking in the case. Excellent buy! Overall Review: Great buy! Love the case! The USB 3. Very sturdy case also. Pay attention to your cable management. I had to cut the factory zip ties that held the front panel wires in order to find a better placement when I had finished installing the hdd, psu Wrong, it fits fine.

The case has some rubberish seal around the back where the psu fits, it takes some pushing, and the screws are very short, but it does fit. Just takes a bit of effort. Also just have to add, its a good looking case. Its not often you have people, who see your computer, and say "thats a good looking computer. Pros: 1 year of solid use and not a fault to be found, even made a move across half the US packed up and riding in the back of a U-Haul without any issues.

Good size for standard ATX builds. Lots of room for larger GPU's with a 30cm card fitting easily and a 42 cm card being accomodated by removing a HDD cage. At idle it will eventually cool back down to about 2C above ambient. Anything much larger will likely need to have the main panel fan removed, but this really should have a minimal effect on case cooling. Nice and clean design with no branding anywhere on the case. You can choose to leave it as is or easily "tatoo" it with case badges and stickers to make it personal.

Cons: With most of the case being an open air mesh, dust is a bit of a pain and compressed air will be need to be kept around to a greater degree than other cases.

The plastic bits of the case are glossy and of a softer plastic than I would prefer. If Rosewill had made them either matte or of a harder plastic then I think it would be perfect. As it is, it is fairly easy to get a mark or scratch on the plastic. Thankfully, I have very few of these and they are barely noticable, but I could see this being an issue for others.

Case could be about cm wider and would be perfect for fitting in aftermarket aircoolers and retaining the main panel fan. Only one of the case fans is a 3 pin connector, the others are all Molex. I would prefer that at least 1 front fan and the top fan were also 3 pin so that I could power them off the MoBo and control them instead of having to get a fan controller and adapters. Overall Review: Having had this case now for over a year I am very happy with it and plan to use it for many years to come as long as it holds out or the ATX form factor is still relevant.

This case is more than large enough to accomadate my needs and it looks very good doing it. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a mid tower case as it is by far the best at this price point and honestly is one of the top 5 mid tower cases I have had any experience with.

Pros: Nice design, good airflow, lots of modular space inside. Good buy for the price. Cons: Docked an egg because many of the structural screws were cross threaded upon receipt and I was not able to rearrange the cages without some serious elbow grease and several gin and tonics. Pros: Great case. Lots of room in the back for cable management. Tons of fans. I am not using them all.

I personally am not a fan of neon lights. I am going to be replacing the fans with none neon ones. But they are very quiet despite how many their are. They are molex adapters so beware. I have mine tucked behind the motherboard tray out of sight. Despite having a lot of cables to run I was able to get this case to look real clean and very nice. The biggest PRO though. Was the nice solid thumb screws for the expansion slots on the back.

I have a heavy graphics card and these things hold it in place. I hate those plastic pieces of junk that always snap and break in cheaper cases. This is done right with great attention to detail. Even the cut outs for the fans are done in honeycomb pattern.

The best pattern for maximized air flow. Great case! I would highly recommend!! Cons: I'm very picky but I can only find one thing to complain about. I don't like lights on my case fans.

Other than that. Everything is amazing about this case. Overall Review: It was between this and the Thermaltake V9 case. I have used the Thermaltake in a few other builds before.

It is a great case don't get me wrong. I almost went with it, except for the internal hard drive are difficult to move in and out. Some engineer with OCD designed this case and it shows. There is attention down the smallest of details on this one. You won't be sorry if you go with this case. You can even orient the PS up or down! Sold by: Newegg Shipped by Newegg. This item is currently out of stock and it may or may not be restocked. Out of Stock. Add To Wish List Found on 1 wish list.

Are you an E-Blast Insider? Get Educated. Overall Review: To put one thing to rest, the hard drives DO NOT need to be moved - Saying the mounts for the drives need to be moved is absolutely false.

It may not be completely obvious without someone spelling it out for you, but you are supposed to install your drives the other way! That way your cabling runs behind your components and up through the rubber protected slots on the other side of the case instead of dangling in front of your fans and impeding airflow.

I'm sorry, but don't blame the product if you don't know how to use it. This may prove to be a problem if your SATA cables are extremely short.

Also, most of the negative reviews seem to stem from problems in shipping rather than being an inferior product. It upsets me that people allow UPS, Fedex, or even the US postal service to so severely abuse the products they are shipping and then blame those products for arriving broken by way of a negative review or by berating the manufacturers.

This case is large and heavy. No one likes having to wait for a replacement product, but those two facts make the odds of this thing being damaged in shipping a real possibility that you should be prepared for. It is not the fault of the product. If you draw the unlucky lottery and receive a damaged item, be a grown-up and work with Newegg and the manufacturer to get the issue resolved rather than blaming an otherwise solid product.

Some people's fans may have been noisy, but mine are not. If you expect tip-top quality from pre-installed hardware, then you have obviously never built a computer before in your life.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet these fans were. I did not buy this case for its fans. The fact that they are very usable has only served to sweeten the deal. For you they may not be acceptable, or perhaps your fans will arrive in worse shape than mine.

Complain and get replacements or buy the fans that make you happy and move on. Some are complaining about the pushbutton and the top panel for this case. I have had no issues with mine, and I see no reason to expect that I will. Everything I have used thus far has functioned flawlessly and the construction of this panel appears to be of good quality overall. If you don't like that it is mounted on the top, that seems to be something to worry about prior to your purchase, rather than something to complain about afterwards.

You will likely be placing this case on the floor and will be thankful not to have to bend over so far to turn the computer on. Overall I would absolutely recommend this case to anyone with the space for it.

It is a great product. Pros: The BlackHawk Ultra is an excellent case with massive airflow. The configuration options allow for flexibility in a variety of ways. The case allows for water cooling, multiple fan configurations, as many fans as you could imagine mounted as either intake OR exhaust.

Super tower doesn't do the size justice. I love this case and the fan headers on top and bottom of interior provides for excellent wire routing for all those multiple fan configs I was mentioning. I love this case, it's the best one I ever purchased and with rebate and on sale, it cost me the exact same as a Antec would've.

TCO is excellent. Cons: There aren't any I could find. Everything worked perfectly, nothing was broken or felt flimsy or cheap. This case is a work of art and beautiful.

It says Serious Overall Review: This case provides value beyond what I paid for it, it is super quiet with all fans running full out, you can barely hear a whisper. This case is awesome and has a huge amount of expandability for up to 10 hdds as well as a dedicated SSD or 2. You can't go wrong with this case and all wiring reaches and includes a 8pin extender cable for psu to cpu power on top of the motherboard with the psu located in the bottom Smart and efficient already included with the purchase Rosewill may be newegg's House brand but it sure doesn't equate to cheap!!!

Not by a long shot!!!! Pros: The case looks good, delivered undamaged and, for the most part, with all of its parts. Now much quieter in my room as well. For its size, it's a pretty good deal. You may need some extensions so be aware.

Very good cable management options. Mesh on nearly all the openings. Solid experience so far. Cons: This case is very large and not easy to handle especially once loaded. One of the drive cages is missing one of their rubber dampeners. There are 10 cages so no big deal, but you expect better from a manufacturer. All the screws shoved into one bag. These need to sorted into their own labeled bags.

Side doors not that easy to put on. The mesh that covers the case looks and feels flimsy. Needs a bottom removal filter. Toolless CD drive bays do not lock firmly. Needed to use screws to really lock them down. These are mainly niggles however. Overall Review: Main purpose of this case is to hold my new build I'm putting together this year.

The goal was a cooler and quieter case for my socket build with a more business like look. So far so good on that basis. The red fans, which I did not like, are not that bright so not a deal breaker. Will likely replace them anyway. The case is taller than average and much longer than average so take note and plan your space accordingly. Pros: This case is massive Just arrived today on time thanks to Newegg.

Massive fans everywhere and a very solid build from Rosewill. Anyhow, this case is sexy, well built and lots of breathing room. Excellent job Rosewill!!!! Pros: This case is overall fantastic. Lots of space for all the internal drives you could need. Four front drive slots, which is more than enough in my opinion. Construction is very nice, solid frame. Includes very simple instruction and plenty of cable arrangement solutions and fasteners. The 3 giant fans more a lot of air and are surprisingly quiet.

Cons: There were a few sharp edges, but I don't know where. I ended up with a few phantom cuts on my hands after installation. Overall Review: Honestly, if you want a well-cooled, spacious case, look no farther.

Pick up this case, a few onger SATA cables and some power extensions. You'll love it. Also, if you are looking for bright red lighting, you may want to augment what is included. The lighting on this case is good, but not super bright. I like it, but some may want more. Pros: Huge is an understatement. It makes the Dell Precision Server workstation that it's replacing look like a micro case, no exaggeration.

This truly is an extremely large case. It's much deeper and wider than most. It hangs off the back or front of my L-shaped Office Depot-bought desk by 8 inches unless I put it in the corner and have it pointing out 45 degrees. The quick snaps that others said are cheap are plastic, yes, but not cheap.

All 10 drive bays have double fans on either side. Excellent air flow, even with only the 2 Corsair H fans and five mm stock fans. I had to remove the two mm fans on top to make room for the H which works well for my iK. Keeps it around 36C.
