We are also going to load the printer as two different models one with ps and one with pcl drivers to see if for some crazy reason that matters at all. Again I can't see why it would because of the random nature of the problem. Are you printing to only one printer or it doesnt print to any printer in the organization? If its any printer, then it might be an issue with your Office installation.
